The Cooperation Agreement Signed between USST and Fanchang District, Wuhu City

On April 14th, the cooperation agreement between USST and Fanchang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province was signed.
USST President Ding Xiaodong extended warm welcome to the delegation of Fanchang district. He pointed out that new quality productive force has been a drive for high-quality development. Based on school features, it is an important mission and task for the school to inject new-quality productive force in talents cultivation and scientific research. Local governments and enterprises should play related roles in characteristics and implementation of new productive force. In the future, both the school and local government will rely on school’s advantageous disciplines, focus on the industrial development needs of Fanchang District, and work together in talent cultivation, platform building and talent introduction, serving national and regional development.
Qu Hui, Secretary of the Fanchang District Party Committee of Wuhu City, pointed out that Fanchang District is currently creating a pioneering area in the province. It is hoped that relying on the leading technology and industrialized research and development capabilities in related fields, to satisfy actual needs of industrial development and corporate scientific and technological progress, varying from photovoltaic energy storage to new energy vehicle key components, USST can  carry out close cooperation with Fanchang in industrial research and guidance, coordinated technology research and development, innovation platform construction, joint talent training, co –construction of technological transfer centers, training bases, etc, providing a strong support for breakthrough in key technologies and integration of talent and technological resouurces to accelerate the improvement of regional industrial innovation and entrepreneurship, and constantly create a sound ecosystem of industrial development.
At the meeting, Liu Baolin, Dean of Science and Technology Research Institute, USST and Gao Xiang, Secretary of the Party & Labour Union of Fanchang Economic Development Zone signed the agreement.
