He expressed USST's willingness to leverage this meeting as an opportunity to actively advance substantive cooperation in joint research, talent cultivation, and faculty/student exchanges, thereby injecting new vitality into friendly exchanges between China and Azerbaijan.

He emphasized that Azerbaijan Technical University highly values its partnership with USST and looks forward to deepening collaboration in joint cultivating programs and faculty/student exchanges. He extended an invitation for a return visit by the USST delegation to further advance academic exchanges between Chinese and Azerbaijani universities, contributing wisdom to Sino-Azerbaijani cooperation in science, technology, and education.
Subsequently, witnessed by representatives from both parties, Zhu Xinyuan and Valiyev signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Following the signing ceremony, the two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including scientific research collaboration, talent cultivation, and faculty/student exchanges, reaching multiple cooperative agreements.
