  • Communal Facilities

      direct drinking machine	A direct drinking machine is equipped on each floor, both hot and cold water are directly drinkable.	Please use with care according to specifications to avoid being scalded. The boiling water is drinkable and should not be used to wash clothes and do other things.
      self-service washer	6 self-service washers and 2 dryers are equipped in the ground floor laundry room.	Laundry card is needed to use the self-service washer. 3.5 yuan is charged for each round of washing, and 7 yuan for one pail of drying (less than 8 kilos). Please go to the apartment service desk to buy the laundry card. 50 yuan for each card, among which 15 yuan is the card deposit.
      communal kitchen	1 induction cooker, 1 microwave oven, 1 table, 4 chairs are equipped in the communal kitchen on floor 2-4.	Please operate according to specifications; do not leave while in use to avoid electric leakage caused by spilling; do not move the microwave oven to other places. Insert your card to use the ovens and switch off the power after using.
