Institute and Center

The Digital Printing Engineering Research Center, under the direct leadership of the State Administration of Journalism, is built by the College of Communication and Art Design of USST. With the support of the college and the modern publishing and printing experimental teaching center of USST, the center endeavors to become an incubation base for cultivating digital printing talents of creative and innovative awareness, carrying out research and development of key technologies, and promoting its application in digital printing industry. By integrating the resources of the College of Communication and Art Design of USST and Shanghai Publishing and Printing College, and cooperating with the publishing and printing enterprises and research institutes national wide in sharing infrastructure facilities for advanced scientific research, and strategic restructuring of scientific resources, the center strives to turn itself into a high-level digital printing research center of rational layout, multi-functions, high efficiency, and complete system.
