The Cooperation Agreement signed Between USST and Zhongshan Hospital

On December 14th, USST and Fudan University Zhongshan Hospital signed the strategic agreement at Jungong Road campus. Circling around the industrial distribution of Shanghai biomedicine, based on both resources advantages, they will advance the research and development of medical device and clinical transfer, and the industrial collaboration in the medical-engineering field.

At present, the development of Health industry is becoming more and more important, while a large number of hard issues about biomedicine innovation need to be resolved through medical-engineering measures. USST is a key applied research oriented university with engineering as its core, where engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, art, and other disciplines as well in coordinated development. It enjoys a long running-school history. Both sides are expected to collaboratively research and develop innovative products, concertedly develop compound talents and jointly strengthen and intensify efforts in medical-engineering field.
