USST Institute of the Belt & Road Medical Device Regulatory Science Unveiled

On June 13th, USST held the unveiling ceremony of USST Institute of the Belt & Road Medical Device Regulatory Science. Present at the ceremony were Mao Zhenbin, Primary inspector of Department of Technology and International Affairs, National Medical Products Administration, Liu Xie, Full-time Deputy Director of Office of Science and Technology Innovation Center Construction in Shanghai, Shen Xiong, Deputy Director of Industrial Promotion Division, USST President Ding Xiaodong, Vice President Liu Ping and other heads of USST schools and departments. The ceremony was chaired by Liu Ping.

Relying much on intercollege and interdisciplinary strength, with the aim to serve the belt & road national initiative and “Health China” strategy, the institute improves its relative discipline level of medical device, the capability to serve the industry and international influence.
