USST’s 39 Projects Approved as the First Batch of 2022 MOE’s Industry-University Cooperative and Collaborative Education Programs

In order to deeply implement the spirit of Several Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education ( [2017] No. 95), carry forward the requirements of “Opinions of the Ministry of Education(MOE), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Chinese Academy of Engineering on Acceleration of the Construction and Development of New Engineering to Implement the Excellent Engineers Education and Training Program 2.0” (Professor-level Engineers[2018] No. 3), deepen the integration of industry and education and university-enterprise cooperation, the Higher Education Division of MOE organizes relevant enterprises and universities to deeply implement the University-Industry Cooperative and Collaborative Education Program. According to the requirements of the Project Management Measures for University-Industry Cooperation and Collaborative Education of MOE, the universities concerned actively organized their teachers and students to submit project applications to enterprises, and after the enterprises concerned organized experts to carry out project validation work, the Higher Education Division of MOE publicized the projects for which both schools and enterprises reached a cooperative intention on November 1, and a total of 39 projects of our university were approved to be established.
The university will continue to promote the construction of university-industry cooperative education projects, integrate the industrial needs of enterprises into talent training, deepen the integration of industry and education and collaborative education, and strengthen the guidance and management of the projects, the project leader and the relevant enterprises to strengthen contact, according to the requirements of high quality and efficient implementation of the project, and effectively improve the quality of talent training.
