The Book Operational Network Optimization of China-Europe Railway Express Made its New Debut

On May 30th, the book launch of the Operational Network Optimization of China-Europe Railway Express was successfully held online and offline.
This book focuses on the research of the optimization of China-Europe railway express network. On a theoretical basis, taking Shanghai as an example, the possibility and necessity of building a China-Europe railway express network were analyzed to provide suggestions for the development of China-Europe railway express.
“Eurasia owns 75% of the world's population and 60% of the world's GDP. Countries along the Belt and Road have different resource endowments, strong economic complementarity and huge development potential. The China-Europe railway express has been an important carrier for deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and countries along the Belt and Road and a device for promoting the construction of the "the Belt and Road" initiative. I hope that the previous academic achievements of the team will be helpful to the research and practice of relevant professionals,”said Prof. Zhao Laijun, dean of Business School.
