USST Delegation Visits IFLYTEK

On March 6th, the delegation led by USST president Ding Xiaodong went to IFLYTEK for an investigation and communication. Ding Tongtong, GM of IFLYTEK, Liu Yizhong, Vice GM and other department heads extended a warm welcome to the USST delegation.
At the meeting, Ding Tongtong pointed out that featured by engineering discipline, USST leads in intelligent campus construction, and actively promote digital transformation. It is hoped that through the talk and discussion, both sides can carry out all-round cooperation in future education, disciplinary innovation, talents cultivation, and mental diagnosis, driving the innovation and application of intelligent technology in teaching and education.
Ding Xiaodong pointed out that in the age of big science driven by data and intelligent technology, universities should take initiative in the ever-changing scientific innovation environment, strengthen integration of science and education, combination of industry and education, and the collaboration with leading enterprises. USST gave high priority to the reform and innovation, daring to take the lead in the era of digital intelligence. In the future, both scientific research and education should go with AI. I hope to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation, scientific research, and construction of supercomputing system through this chance, and promote the digital transformation and high-quality development of education.
